MY QHHT SESSION WITH BARBARA LAMB

My experience with Barbara has been nothing short of profound and revelatory for me. Not only as a result of her hypnosis session with me, but also due what I felt was an unspoken energy exchange between us which had served as a type of vibratory completion for me. It has been my experience that when a person vibrates at a very high frequency, as Barbara does, it means they carry higher dimensional codes of energy which are unknown to planet Earth but are key in propelling Earth toward its next phase of evolution and consciousness expansion. In the same way, I felt that meeting Barbara has filled a missing piece in my own process of higher evolution.

For many years, I’ve looked for clarity and deeper understanding to my multidimensional experiences. When your perceivable reality changes so suddenly and so vastly as did mine years ago when I started becoming aware of other dimensional realities, it can be a difficult and confusing process of coming to terms with such unfamiliar world of the unknown.

In my case, I tried to find points of reference, others who might have experienced something similar while also trying to find a deeper meaning behind such a dramatic shift of my reality. I knew I had to find a way to integrate these higher dimensional experiences into my physical reality not only so that I could be fully present in the here and now but also because I knew there was an incredible wisdom and knowledge to be gained from these experiences and I had to stay centered and grounded enough to “decode” the information and bring it to the foreground of my conscious awareness.

However, this process of integration can be quite challenging, since we live in a world that is built solely on a 3-dimensional system of reality and our experiences of higher dimensional systems can be quite jarring to the 3-dimensional conditioning we have been programmed with for the entirety of our human existence. It takes a lot of time and energy to go through the process of de-conditioning and shedding off the old programs that have been literally running us. Through this process, I have experienced death of the old self on several levels of my being, including the physical, feeling at one point as if every cell of my body was dying. Now, more than ever, I believe it is necessary to go through the death of the old 3-dimensional self so that new DNA strands could form and hold ever more evolved and complex codes of frequency as well as withstand higher volumes of energy.

Over the years, I’ve sought deeper understanding to my multidimensional experiences through many channels of wisdom and in the process have received my own downloads of higher knowledge which have been very helpful, yet never as specific as was the information I received through my hypnosis session with Barbara. Barbara’s own energy is so beautiful, radiant and high-vibrational, it enabled me to connect so easily to my own higher vibrational Self and only further magnified my own connection with the expansive field of higher knowledge.

It has given me a lot more clarity on why my body goes through so many intense changes and difficulties and more importantly, it helped me understand my main purpose for incarnating on this planet.

My most important download of information was that my body serves as a powerful vibrational antenna that is being consistently tuned up to higher and higher frequencies by higher dimensional beings and is being continuously upgraded to hold more and more intense amounts of energy for the purpose of accelerating evolution on planet Earth. What I saw was that it was my initiative to come here and collaborate with many other advanced beings of the cosmic family to aid in the evolution of humanity. It was to force the next level of evolution into being. The same way a seed is shown to be “forced” open, sprout, quickly grow into a plant, blossom and fully bloom all in a matter of seconds in an accelerated video footage. In the same way, I saw that my purpose is to introduce new codes of frequency through the antenna of my body and in this way significantly shorten the amount of time it would naturally take for humanity to evolve.

This is also why I have been feeling for such a long time that my body feels like it’s going to explode, why there are such intense vibrations throughout my body at night, why there is such an overwhelming amount of heat coming out of my body at night and why my bedroom at night is so “busy” with activity.

I saw that most of my soul’s energy resides at a higher dimensional plane of existence and only when the sun is about to come out here on Earth, part of my energy returns to my body.

It had also given me a lot of peace to know that my higher Self is fully in charge and in full agreement with all the changes and upgrades that my body undergoes in the name of the higher good of all. In this way, I can let go and trust the process, instead of resisting the unknown, which will make it a lot easier for my body to integrate these new codes of frequency into my physical body.

Knowing that this is why I came here gives purpose to the challenges my body goes through.

I saw that although just being alive is enough for the vibrations of the physical antenna to radiate outward, the more I consciously direct my own life force energy, whether through actively radiating it outward through energy work, my voice, movement, art, or any other form of creative expression, in which my energy is naturally expanded, the more I benefit this planet, since a consciously directed forcefield of energy holds a lot more power and potential than when the energy is in its natural, neutral or passive state, without consciously expanding it outward through various forms of directed energy output.

So part of this revelation was also that as much as my human body is here for the purpose of higher vibrational transmission through emitting higher vibrational codes of frequency, it also serves as an experiment to see just how much a human physical body can take with a continuous vibrational interference and upgrade, that is, how much energy can a human body hold and withstand over time, while being gradually adjusted.

I also saw that a full integration would take place between my higher dimensional Self and my human self and that once that happens my highest mission will be fully activated and my physical existence will become a lot easier.

I believe I am not the only one whose body serves as a vibrational antenna to aid in humanity’s evolution. I have compiled my own list of symptoms which I solely attribute to what is commonly labeled as “ascension symptoms”.

I want to preface this by saying that it is imperative that you first rule out potentially real medical problems that you may have before you begin to entertain the idea that your physical symptoms are signs of ascension. I highly suggest that you first get yourself checked by a physician to make sure that you do not have a medical condition which would require an appropriate medical treatment. I myself have done just that. Each time, I would experience a series of intense and unusual physical symptoms which would significantly interfere with my everyday life, I would go to the ER where all relevant tests were performed and all potential medical conditions were ruled out.

With that being said, here is a list of the ascension symptoms I myself have experienced throughout the years. It is important to note, that these experiences may largely vary from person to person and the only common theme among them is that they all consistently coincide with experiences of other dimensional realities or other extrasensory perception.

It is very difficult to recall every single ascension symptom in detail as there are so many I myself have experienced, but here are just a few major ones:

Psychic / Extrasensory Symptoms:

• Sensing & Seeing other-dimensional beings, symbols (never before seen hieroglyphs, ancient scriptural letters…), patterns, structures, technology (space crafts, machines, monitors…), complex mathematical structures, geometrical grids (sacred geometry), etc.

• Experiencing a high vibrational energy that feels extremely elevated, expansive, refined and divine in nature

• Unconditional Love taking over your experience of reality

• Experiencing ego-less states of being, periods of detachment from the physical body or the human “story”

• Sensing an intense amount of energy at night; an intense feeling of otherworldly presence all around you

Physical symptoms:

• Feeling intense vibrations throughout your body

• Periods of extreme tiredness & fatigue that cannot be mended by sleep

• Intense migraines - feeling like your head is going to explode

• Inconclusive or negative medical test results - stating perfect health (despite feeling physically ill or lifeless)

• Brain fog

• Lapses in memory of your 3-dimensional reality

• Extreme body heat & night sweats

• Heart palpitations that seemingly arise out of nowhere (they often suddenly start in the middle of the night)

Additional symptoms:

• Waking up to spontaneously performing high vibrational energy work on yourself or radiating it out toward the space or a specific multidimensional geometrical sphere (complex sacred geometry)

• Feeling overwhelmed by the “activity” in your room, both visible and invisible

• Upon waking up in the morning, feeling that something incredibly important happened throughout the night but not being able to recall what exactly it was (you will remember eventually)

• Waking up in the middle of the night to another reality (other dimensional in nature) already taking place around you

• Seeing otherworldly elements & beings that are so out of your conceptual point of reference that your mind has a difficulty processing what it is exactly that you are perceiving (Oftentimes, it feels impossible to conceptualize your visions of other dimensional reality as it is so far out of your frame of reference. This can be either a vision of otherworldly reality that you perceive by your third eye or it can appear directly in your actual 3-dimensional reality. I myself have experienced both kinds of extrasensory perception, but it is a lot more common for me to experience other dimensions right inside my own 3-dimensional reality.
